Zabbix 6 on Debian 12 install failing.

I got all the way through the installation of my Zabbix 6 and the zabbix server failed to start. When I went to the homepage in my browser on the second page "Prerequisites" I found that three of them were incorrect. However, they are correctly set in the config file for php.
Here is the screen shot.
Any help would be appreciated.

Multiple php.ini files in your system? Create a phpinfo.php file for checking your parameters. You can find instructions on that from the net.
