Our alerter process gets busy even when they're only a handful of notifications to send out. We do not have that many recipients (15 maybe), and if 2 notifications that need to be sent out the alerter busy % spikes to 80%. We only have the email media enabled, and we're using a postfix relay for an authenticated smtp relay to our own exchange server. Am I missing something?
