SSH error when running an action script

    Hi everyone.

I'm trying to launch a shutdown script to an ESXi host after sensing my UPS is under 15% load.

I managed to run the action , but I get this error, "Can not read data from SSH server" in the action log , as shown in the Image1.

I set the validation SSH remote command as show in Figure 2 .
If I run this command from the server zabbix "ssh -u" it works correctly. The same if I run locally on the ESXi server.

    Any idea about this issue?

    Regards
    Antonio.

    Hi Antonio,

    Which Zabbix version you have?

Have you read documentation about how to make ssh check item?

And are you sure that you have entered correct credentials in zabbix item?

      Hi,

      I'm ruuning Zabbix 3.0

Thanks for the link. I've already checked that documentation. I'm using key validation to check AS400 hosts. But no way to execute remote commands in esxi using ssh.

I've checked the credentials several times.

      Thanks for the answer.
      Antonio.
