Import Template failed

Hi,
I want ton import IMM/IMM2 Template, he failed with error about application, he can't create the aplication.

what Zabbix version number are you using ?

To import template, are you using a xml compatible version ??

Do you have space on disk, right write permissions ??

Could you attach some screenshot of the issue, for more details ??

I'm using the share template for IMM2 and I haven't problem (https://share.zabbix.com/cat-server-...-with-imm-imm2)

I use the template i download i just click "Import" boton and link the template
How can i check this ?

I have 20Gb free on disk, i import from root account.

Hi,

in your case I think that the xml version isn't a problem (you could read version, opening the xml template that you want import), because you are using Zabbix 3.0.

I suggest you select ALL the checks when you are importing the IMM template.

Then, if it doesn't work well, can you attach here the template to look it in details ??

I've downloaded the IMM template from here "https://share.zabbix.com/cat-server-hardware/server-with-imm-imm2" and it works well.

I try with all check but it doesn't work I change the version to 3.0 there is a new error :

Hi,

I worked for you (and for me), and I solved your issue.

The problem was that you were trying to import a template for zabbix 2.0 into Zabbix 3.0.

Unfortunately it isn't enough to change the version number into xml file ...

I made all the necessary changes and now it should be OK (I hope).

Attached the revisioned Template for Zabbix 3.0
