Remote Command Using Proxy - Work Around

Hi Guys!
I´m working with Zabbix for several years, and now I´m facing a problem:
I need to monitor a remote site and I want to install a proxy for this, the big problem is the following:
I need to use remote commands to restart services, and we know that proxies does not execute remote commands, how to solve this issue?

why does nobody answer theses questions relate to remote execution on remote sites ou behind firewalls?
