Sending notifications are not working

Hi,

Zabbix 6.2.9 hosted on Linux. Server is allowed to use relay, sending email works when testing from Zabbix. In ActionLog I see many notifications and status is SENT, but there are no emails. Users have configured Media - Email(HTML), email is provided and enabled.
Is someone got the same issue before and can share solution ?

Noone knows? I read every threads on forum regarding mail/smtp/notifications and I found nothing which could help me.
