Blank PDF Report

hello everyone,

I am trying schedule zabbix report however, always the PDF report is blank nothing is there.

1- here is my Zabbix-web-service config file:

AllowedIP=127.0.0.1,::1
ListenPort=10053

2- my zabbix-server-conf

StartReportWriters=3
WebServiceURL=http://localhost:10053/report

3- Front URL

http://localhost/zabbix


what i am missing so, my report comes blank ????

Make sure you have installed Google Chrome in zabbix server.
Add Zabbix Server IP in AllowedIP list and set Front URL with http://zabbix server ip only. Do not enter the 10053/report at last.

I have server with above settings and my reports working fine.

yes, the missing part was in fronted URL........ so as you mention it is working fine now thank you ...

In my case I started to have a problem like you after I setup reverse proxy to Zabbix web UI (https access).

To resolve this issue I need to edit:

/etc/zabbix/zabbix_web_service.conf

and uncomment "IgnoreURLCertErrors=1"

then restart service:

systemctl restart zabbix-web-service.service

.. and voila, reports are generated as usual (as before the reverse proxy change).
