False alarms on Zabbix

Ubuntu trusty, Zabbix versions 3.0.3.

Noticed I am getting a false alarm:

"Zabbix agent on Strongswan Sydney is unreachable for 5 minutes"

However, verified connectivity from server <-> client


Server -> client
