Last 20 Issues - Orphaned Event with no Host?

Today I upgraded our Zabbix installation from 2.4.8 to 3.0.3 and we now have a weird entry on the dashboard.

In the "Last 20 Issues" widget there is an entry which is 4 years, 1 month, and 16 days old. The Issue is "Free disk space is less than 8% on volume /". The Host entry is blank. As the host is blank you can't click on it to take you through to the events page.



I looked at our old 2.4.8. installation and strangely it appears it was there too, but not shown i.e. "0 of 1 issue is shown", see screenshot below.



Any ideas how I might remove this? I've checked the events table in the db and there's nothing older than 12 months?

Oh well, I fixed this myself in the end...

I found it in the triggers table by adding a comment in the front end and then looking for that comment in the database.

It had a value of 1 which means its a trigger with a problem, but as it's not linked to a host/item it was not displaying properly.

I just changed the value back to 0.
