Missing some graphs on dashboard

I have a very strange problem. We have a couple of Zabbix servers and all have the same issue.

Graphs sometimes just go missing: host was not deleted then added, no templates were swapped or something else. I can recreate the same graph and some other graph can go missing. User permission are not the problem, the user is in Zabbix admin user group.Did anyone else have similar issue?

EDIT: every server has 10+ dashboards and a lot of graphs. Something in configuration maybe?
Using Zabbix 4.0 but sam thing happens also on Zabbix 6.0.

1. Check Data Sources: Verify that the data sources for the missing graphs are still active and accessible. If the data sources have been moved or are temporarily unavailable, it can result in missing graphs.
2. Data Refresh: Ensure that the data is up-to-date and that any scheduled data refresh processes are running as expected. Stale or outdated data can lead to missing or inaccurate graphs.
3. Dashboard Filters: Review any filters applied to the dashboard. Filters might be hiding specific graphs based on the selected criteria. Adjust the filters to ensure that the missing graphs are not being filtered out.
