Zabbix shows 'e-mail send' but email has not arrived

    Hi!

I have a problem with a Media Type on Zabbix. All notifications are configured to send a e-mail to Zabbix Administrator. On Latest data, the actions are enabled to send a e-mail and the console shows the status 'ok' for this action but the e-mail has not arrived.

Everything is enabled and the e-mail/media type and configuration are apparently ok. Zabbix don't return any error for this process just shows 'ok'.
    Other issue have another problem:

    Could someone help?
    Thanks.

    Hi

The same thing happened to me too.

I got 2 action on this trigger : the first restart the process (it was a process check) and the other send the mail.

The process restarted and it was shown in zabbix too, but the email was send exactly as you but never arrived.

If you have 2 actions on the same trigger it can be something to look for, cause all the other mail are well send for me.

Which operating system zabbix runs on? Did you check system mail log file?

Zabbix are installed on Debian 8.
Is a Office domain mail, I just saw the Zabbix log file, but there's nothing about email.

So, in the last images there's 2 different events on Zabbix. But I'm convicted isn't that, cause it's just only one action in this trigger.

Could you take a look in /var/log/mail.log? Is anything interesting there?

There's nothing in this file, really. It's empty, that's weird.

I suppose that it is related to system mail sender not to zabbix.. Do you have installed postfix or some other mta on server?

Can you see actions on triggers page?

There's not mail server or something else. And the triggers page:

                      Same information, same action errors.
