Issues with Trigger Notifications to Telegram Script

    Hey Brains Trust,

I've been using Zabbix for many years but this one has just stumped me the last few months trying to work it out..

I have 2 Media Types in Alerts -> Media Types

    * Zabbix Telegram - Which runs telegram_notification.py which sends it to a specific telegram user from xyz telegram bot
    * Trigger Telegram - Which runs telegram_trigger.py which sends it to a specific telegram group from ABC telegram bot

Both media types work when I send a 'Test Message' to them both

In Alerts -> Actions -> Triggers I have 2 Triggers

    * Zabbix Telegram Notifications - This is the default one that sends all Zabbix Messages to Zabbix Administrators... User zyx is in this group via Zabbix Telegram
    * Trigger Telegram Notifications - This one sends specifc triggers to ABC Group via Trigger Telegram

Problem is that it sends it thru zabbix telegram notifications but not trigger notifications even tho i have the following trigger action.

Trigger equals Website - ABC.com: HTTP service is down on Website - abc.com
Trigger equals Website - ABC.com: HTTPS service is down on Website - abc.com

Is the problem that the trigger can only send to one notification?

How can i set it up so these triggers only get sent to Trigger Notifications?
    '
Trying to send up a group to send specific triggers to so they can know when there site is down

Note: Names above have been changed to protect client privacy

All other notifications come thru Zabbix Telegram with no issues..

    Thanks in advance
    Sonic

It should send as many notifications as configured... If you send to a Zabbix usergroup, all its members have to have correct media settings... Usergroup itself has no media settings.
if you send to a telegram group, then I suppose this needs to be triggered just once, so you probably need a zabbix user, that represents this group, has access to required hosts and has this group media configured for it...

If you open user settings and navigate to "Permissions" tab, is there at least read permissions to the host group , where are the hosts, which generate those alerts?
