Too many Items on my hosts

Hello, I've set up a new Zabbix server and started adding my hosts. After a while, I noticed that there are a lot of items on the hosts, as it appears below. Upon closer inspection, I found that there are even items related to VLANs that don't exist on the devices. My other devices also have between 100 and 1000 items. How can I resolve this?

The template I'm using: Network Generic Device by SNMP.

Are they from discovery? If so, can you add filters to exclude he unwanted?

I really don't know. I'm new to Zabbix and trying to learn. I installed Zabbix version 6.4.7 on Ubuntu 22.04. After adding a few hosts, I received the error message "Zabbix server is not running: the information displayed may not be current." As a solution, I saw on the forum that increasing the Cachesize and a few Size values resolved the issue, so I applied it. It did work, but I think the Size values are quite high. I have a lot of Items and Triggers compared to 7 hosts. Do I need to manually delete these values one by one?
