Hello, I'm trying to learn more about Zabbix, but I'm stuck with this error. "zabbix-server.service: Failed with result 'protocol'."

After checking zabbix logs it shows the following error:

WARNING: MYSQL_OPT_RECONNECT is deprecated and will be removed in a future version.
cannot use database "zabbix": its "users" table is empty (is this the Zabbix proxy database?)

Versions are: zabbix server 6.4.7; mysql Ver 8.0.34-0ubuntu0.22.04.1 for Linux on x86_64

hello, i solved the problem using zabbix 6.0 LTS instead of 6.4, idk if it was some incompatibilty version or if i did something wrong, but now it's working perfectly.
