Web monitoring Variables for UserName and Password not working

Hello,
I have set up web monitoring based on the "real-life scenario" (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...toring/example) regardless of what I have entered as the username and password values, the login step passes. I am not seeing any errors showing up with an incorrect username and password. Has anyone been successful in monitoring login scenarios? I should add we are using ADFS to authenticate.

Ive tried username, Username and UserName. On our website the field name is "UserName".
