newbie - problem installation

i stumbled doint the Installation of zabbix on a LXC Container

https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.2/manual/appendix/install/db_scripts

the part Scripts / MySQL

shell> cd database/mysql

i can't find this, also i am not sure
mysql> grant all privileges on zabbix.* to zabbix@localhost identified by '<password>';

the password to i have to do a new one or is this a new to define for the user or the mysql root password?

i found out there is no database/mysql structure after installation
should the be one or do i have to build it myself?
