Zabbix server 3.0.4/ubuntu Xenial create initial DB failed

Hello Zabbix family:
I'm a newbie and thus will make a silly question but nevertheless one I can't answer by myself, but after going through the tutorial ( https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...tial_database1 and DB creation scripts section) I just got :

ubuntu@ip-172-30-1-133:/usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql$ zcat create.sql.gz | mysql -uroot zabbix -p
Enter password:
ERROR 1050 (42S01) at line 1: Table 'maintenances' already exists

Could you enlighten me a bit how to fix this?

This error suggests that you try to import the create.sql for the second time. In other words, the zabbix database is already filled with data.
You can check by logging into mysql and looking at the tables:

mysq -u root zabbix -p 
show tables;

This should show more than 100 tables
