How to Monitor IPSec on Cisco ASA ?!?!?!?!

i monitor my ASA and i get my active session number, but i want get IPSec InOctets valude, and i get data but when IPSec is go down and up again , session id ( IPSec index ) is changed !?!?!
how to monitor that ?!
my output with snmpwalk is :
zabbix@Zabbix:~$ snmpwalk -v 2c -c SNMP-Community 10.10.1.1 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.171.1.2.3.1.27
output is :
CISCO-IPSEC-FLOW-MONITOR-MIB::cikeTunOutOctets.4702208 = Counter32: 870664 Octets
cikeTunOutOctets.4702208 ( 4702208 is index of my IPSec )
i monitor that with ( cikeTunInOctets.4702208 ) in Item key
its work until Ipsec work, and when IPSec is Down, and again Up , that index changed and monitoring failed.
