Can someone explain this to me Please

I am a new Zabbix 6.4 user. I have it running on a Vultr server 50GB HD, 2 CPU, 4GB ram. I currently have 211 linux boxes I am monitoring, soon to be over 350. I am using a template that has 73 items in it. In a matter of 5 days the hard drive is at 85% full. I cut Housekeeping down to 1d for history and data storage. Does it matter how many items are in a template? Looking at the file system my swap file is almost 4G. What could be filling up the Hard drive so fast?

Use df and du to research disk usage.

If you are using a “zabbix appliance”, then pay attention to this
You can use this appliance to evaluate Zabbix. The appliance is not intended for serious production use.
Including due to the size of the disk

Does it matter how many items are in a template
Yes! DB size depends on item quantity, the type of item and the frequency of receiving data

        Thanks Hamardaban

Not using the Applance model. Read that right away. Maybe my frequency is to short. I believe all are running every minute. I have an average of 43 items per system. I want to drop that down , struggling with setting up a template that will monitor only the services I want.

If the space consumed is from the database.
See the guidelines and how to make an approximate calculation of the required disk space.
