Zabbix + Synology RS814+ NAS

Hi,
I have a problem with monitoring my NAS. I make CPU usage, memory Usage and Temperature 4 disk.

My problem is: I don't see my memory usage. I see memory, but is wrong. My NAS have 2GB RAM, no 3,41MB. (Screen in atachments)

I connected with SNMP. SNMP OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.15.0 Total memory.

SNMP OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.6.0 Free memory.

I have one more question. How monitoring disk space on NAS.

For me all is ok

Total memory = 3 410 KB
FREE memory = 112.91 KB

Memory used = 3410 - 113 = 3297 KB

So memory used percentage :

3297*100/3410 = 96.68 %

Yes, it Ok, but my server NAS has 2GB memory physical. Zabbix shows that is only 3MB.
