Monitoring Vmware with Zabbix

in the logging a get: vmware_service_authenticate() SOAP response: and End of vmware_service_authenticate():FAIL
i have 2 questions:
a) how can i log the SOAP call and responce
b) why is the authentication fails, the URL en credentianals are correct

Car you brief the issue? Are you trying to add ESXi host with sdk url?

i am using Vcenter, so i ad the vcenter host

Have you configured the vmware collector in zabbix server config?

i am using a proxy server with Ubuntu and a zabbix server with RedHat9. the config in both are:
StartVMwareCollectors=5
VMwareFrequency=60
VMwarePerfFrequency=60
VMwareCacheSize=32M
VMwareTimeout=120

Is your password contain the special characters? Sometime XML does not passed the special char so,

@ is the only special charater. if a make a special user, you what the rights of this user must be?

Not sure but read only rights must for monitoring.

fixed, create 1 new local user and changed the url. I mean dat SDK was only for local servers, but for vcenter is also needed.
