    Zabbix 3.0 Exchange Server settings issue

    Hello all,

    First, I would like to mention I am a new user to Zabbix.
    My problem is that alerts are not coming to user email.

    Error msg: "Timeout was reached: Operation timed out after 40001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received"

    Email settings


    Also I added IP of Zabbix in Hub transport setting on the Exchange Server.

    Hello VendranOP,
    i'm also struggling with Exchange 2016 on premises, however the error I'm receiving is different. My setup is a Zabbix appliance 3.0.4.

    My suggestion would be to check your receive connector authentication settings and replicate over media configuration on Zabbix.

    I have a lab environment, if you want to try any settings I can replicate and let you know the results. Also check name resolution on Zabbix server, I have invested a couple of hours on a similar issue before.
