Zabbix 6.0.21 Monitoring Problem History Slowness for Normal USER with (user role)
Hi,
we have recently upgraded zabbix from 3.4.9 to zabbix 6.0.21. We have fallowed all the steps suggested in Zabbix documentation page. Zabbix upgraded to 6.0.21 successfully.
We are monitoring more than 9000 hosts using zabbix.
zabbix configuration is below,
Zabbix server version 6.0.21
Php 8.1
apache 2.4.48
Mysql version 8.0.34
ram 168GB
Cpu 48
database collation utf8mb4
history primary key enabled
Since zabbix upgrade to version 6.0.21 users with normal user role are unable to search the problem history data more than 2 days. If user select the more than 2 days time period zabbix ui is showing loading page and backend sql query execution will go more than 300 sec then CPU load increases and DB become unresponsive. Server performance is normal and no load and iops on server.
Similar action preforming via Super admin have no issues. All monitoring problem data search and filter out with in seconds. Before upgrade no issue for normal users with user role to ui monitoring problem search filter option.
Any help will be appreciated. PFA.
