    Duplicate menu entries after upgrade

    After upgrading zabbix components from 6.0.12 to 6.0.23, in the GUI in places where links associated with alerts can be displayed, these links began to be displayed twice.

    The links in Zabbix are identical, in debug mode you can only see single values for __zbx_servicenow_link and __zabbix_servicenow_sys_id variables. When clicked, the user is taken to the same ticket.

    Settings for ServiceNow mediatype are standard, nothing has been changed.

    The links lead to the ServiceNow notification system, external access is handled by OKTA. The problem affects both new alarms and those that were active before the upgrade.

    Perhaps someone had a similar case and know how to deal with it? Could you suggest what else could be checked? I've found ticket with similar problem https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-21329, but nothing really helpful in it.​

    I found workaround to use different name instead. Works fine on my end for now while waiting for fix from Zabbix Integration Team.
