Scheduled reports - PDF by mail arrives blank

Hello,

I am trying to use Scheduled reports, after performing the corresponding steps, the reports that arrive in my email arrive with a blank pdf. since the chosen dashboard works well graphically.

Zabbix Version: 6.0.25
BD: MariaDB
S.O: Ubuntu 20
Email Report: Microsoft 365

If anyone knows how to solve it I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi

is there any clue in /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_web_service.log file ?

Is google-chrome package installed on the server ?

Is the StartReportWriters= set in zabbix_server.conf ? Did you restart the server service after change the .conf file ?
