I need to create monitor service that show 2 printers as one. I wan it to show when both printers go offline at that same time for one location but show devices as one on the dashboard.

This is a general idea:
- setup your printers individually, in their own hostgroup with items to show their status
- setup a host "Site Print Services"
- You could use grpsum() items or triggers on the "site print" host, depending on the values, 0 means all services down or 2 might mean both printers are down.
Present that host and those triggers to the dashboard.
