Zabbix Appliance in Azure Resource Manager

Does anyone have success getting the Zabbix 3.2 Appliance running in Azure Resource Manager?

I copied the VHD to my storage account and deployed the VM using a standard Powershell method (New-AzureRMVM), but then I can't access the server.
