SNMPv3 doesn't work with all SDWAN routers.

Hello,

I have Zabbix 7.0.0 and adding SDWAN router with template of SNMPv3 AuthNoPriv and working with most of routers except two routers (have the same model and same version with the same SDWAN template) with error connection timeout.
