HouseKeeping process 100%

Hi,

After upgrade 2.4 to 3.0 my housekeeping processes hangs in 100% all the time.
my database are growing faster and postgresql high cpu consumption.

have exactly same config as 2.4. i tried to troubleshooting with no sucess.

Sorry, the problem is postgresql.

Sorry, the problem is postgresql.

The same thing happened to me, but with mariadB. It seems it's not only problem with postgreSQL.
