net.tcp.service returns 1 but Triggers show problems

Hi,
I have 100 hosts need to monitoring by tcp ping.
I had create the item and triggers, some is working fine, but some it keep show problem while the Item is showing "1".
Is there any possible regarding to Poller or Pinger? Because i had try to increase to 10 but still same result.

now i figure out that my latest data keep showing "0" but the server port status is showing up.
if i manually go to the host > item > "execute now", then it will recover and showing the data to "1".
but after few min, it will show "0" again, or another host will be down showing "0".
