Witch Template to monitor a cluster Mongodb - replicat set

Hi all,

I have create a cluster MongoDB with three nodes. I have choose the Replica Set.

So, I want to know with Template I need to choose to monitor this Mongodb Cluster. MongoDB node by Zabbix agent 2 or MongoDB cluster by Zabbix agent 2 ?

Hi,

I am using node template for EC2 'self-made' nodes in replica set clusters.

I believe the only case when you need cluster template is when you don't have 'low level' access to nodes (e.g. IaaS solution like MongoDB Atlas or AWS DocumentDB)
Also It may be useful for sharded cluster setup but I have no experience in that so can't advise.

Same for me I have MongoDB cluster with 4 nodes, for the moment I am using MongoDB node by Zabbix agent 2 on 3 nodes and MongoDB cluster by Zabbix agent 2 in one node.
I have installed zbx agent 2 on each node so I don't use host discovery from Template MongoDB cluster by Zabbix agent 2
Which is the right way to monitor this cluster?
