Trigger Value not working in Action

Hello everyone,

I am trying to configure some notifications and i got some problem with the Trigger value.

In fact i set the condition : "Trigger value = PROBLEM" but it seems to send notifications even if the Trigger value is "OK".

Could someone give me a hand on this ?

Yes mail or push notifications.

Even if i put only one condition for the test it is not working.

and there is no action that Conflicts with this ?
internal action or something ?
my event source is triggers . check all your event source

maybe you can see more info if you make debug level higher ?
restart zabbix server ?
