Zabbix agent on Windows_ is unreachable for 5 m

Hello people:
I'm testing a Zabbix server 3.0; but so far have just gotten in front end:

"Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[HostIP]:10050]: [4] Interrupted system call" on Availability ZBX label in red; my HostIP conf file is:

Server=PublicServerIPAddress

EnableRemoteCommands=1
StartAgents=5
MaxLinesPerSecond=1000
Timeout=30
ServerActive=PublicServerIPAddress:10051

Hostname=DESKTOP-X

Can I make something to be able to start retrieving values from my host? HostIP is behind a firewall (I can't make it accept pings).

ServerActive - change from ServerActive=PublicServerIPAddress:10051
to ServerActive=PublicServerIPAddress

try to check connection by telnet


telnet ZABBIXSERVERIP 10050
telnet HOSTIP 10050

and why do you use port 10051 ?
