I found that the issue is the "@" in the username for the authentication, is there a way to "pass" the username with backslash or anything ?
I also think that this shouldn't cause an error and should be implemented in future update.

Thanks in advance for helping me.

    Hello MaelV !

We also set up email alerts with an Exchange Server 2019 with Zabbix 7.4.3 and I wanted to thank you for your precious help !
Actually, I was troubleshooting the auth failures in STARTTLS and found your post on this forum....

We encountered the exact same issue. Fortunately we configured our Exchange Server to have our local domain by default, so it directly understood the simple user input without @domain.local...

However, did you find any workaround to specifiy the domain in the username input !

Thanks again and have a nice day !!
