Power Usage consuming

Hi guys,

I'm doing a data collection via snmp from a UPS APC, but I missing how to calculate correctly the power usage

I using this oid is giving Watts.. but I not sure how to setup the item to get kwh on zabbix, any advice?

I was using this query for influx, but I'm migrating to zabbix, but I'm not sure how to make this on zabbix.
