Impossible to get Zabbix to show correct time!

Hi, I think I tried everything there is to try and still zabbix show the wrong time.. Here is what I done and my output.

Please take a look at this and tell me what iam doing wrong...

Zabbix web GUI show: Updated: 11:26:38

Browsed from 2 different computers with 2 different browsers still showing wrong time.

I can't find anything more todo! Feels like Zabbix hardcoded +1 hour.

Please make sure date.timezone outside the php.ini file has not been set.

ex. /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/zabbix.conf

hwclock should keep not a local time but UTC.
After reboot your local time zone time is applied do 10:22 UTC.
