Re-Connect Proxies after Server crash

Dear zabbix community,

my zabbix server crashed recently and I'm not able to restore it. So I installed a new one and am hoping now to reconnect my existing proxies. Searching the internet and this forum didn't help thus far (maybe I searched for the wrong key words...)
I can see in the proxy databases that the configurations are still there but how can I "export" them to the server? Is this possible or do I have to rebuild the whole setting (and do proper backups, I know - please spare me that one, I learned my lesson!)

If your Zabbix server crashes and you install a new one, reconnecting existing proxies isn't straightforward. While configurations may be visible in proxy databases, direct export to the server isn't supported. Options include manual reconfiguration, database backup and restore, third-party tools for export/import, or using the Zabbix API for automation. Going forward, ensure regular backups to prevent similar issues.
