I have about 80 servers, all with zabbix agent 3.0.x, and ALL working properly.
In the zabbix dashboard, I don's see any issue.
In the IT SERVICES, i have several items that uses the Windows Server Template trigger 'Zabbix Agent is unreacheble'. Only ONE of theses triggers are shown down, but the server (and the agent) is up...
I have duble-checked, and the zabbix agent is up, there's no firewall between the server and the zabbix server, and the Windows Firewall is properly configured (I have disabled it for test, some results).
My question is why one trigger as shown as down in the IT Services, but not in the issues section? and how to solve it?
The IT Services screen is very important for the organization, and I neet to get it working...
