Erro de coleta ODBC SQL Server através do Microsoft ODBC 18 e 17

Bom dia, estou tentando realizar a coleta via ODBC de um SQL Server

instalei o ODBC: Microsoft ODBC 18 e 17

/etc/odbc.ini está com o dsn configurado...

quando executo isql -v DNS recebo:

[08001][unixODBC][Microsoft][ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server]TCP Provider: Error code 0x2746
[08001][unixODBC][Microsoft][ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server]Client unable to establish connection. For solutions related to encryption errors, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2226722
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect
