Hi, first time post
We are running Zabbix 6.4.2
I have changed the IP on a couple of windows servers (the same subnet), since then no data is being monitored
Initially I just went on to the Host configuration page and updated the Agent IP address to the new one. But no data showing under monitoring.
I have then deleted the host. deleted the windows service and re-installed the agent, the same way that I have done for many other new servers -- Still no data showing.
I have logged into the main zabbix server and also the proxy servers and confirmed that the DNS of the host has correctly changed to the new IP.
The server is applied to the same Templates and Host groups as the working servers. The only difference I am seeing is that the availability status for the interface IP is 'unknown' where as on the servers with exactly the same host groups and templates are showing available.
Below I have changed the servers ending 01 and 02
Servers ending 01 and 02 not showing status available

servers that have not had their IP changed

Is it possible that the internal database has not properly flushed the old IP from the hosts??
Any troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.
Thanks
