how to load MIB to zabbix

i am new in zabbix, can anyone guide me to load MIB to zabbix?

Zabbix is not using MIBs.
If you want to to have an access to OIDs by names stored in MIBs you must register your MIB in net-snmp client libratry settings (zabbix is using net-snmp client library) by for example add:

mibs +<mib_name>

in /etc/net-snmp/snmp.local.conf (if /etc/net-snmp is using as base sysconfdir) and of course store MIB file along side other MIBs (usually /usr/share/snmp/mibs).
