Start Service SNMP After triggered

Hello,
I would like to restart my snmp service automatically (10 mins later) when the zabbix "service stopped" alert is triggered.
without success,
agent version 6.4 zabbix
below my configurations (see captures)
I authorized on the agent zabbix windows
AllowKey=system.run[*]

from zabbix server:
Action->SCRIPT
any idea?

So, have you allowed connections to agent from server/proxy? This "Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[192.167.17.40]:10050]: [111] Connection refused" looks like you haven't, check firewall(s), selinux etc.
Also, read Zabbix documentation, it's quite good.
