Server is unavailable by ICMP but server is running

Hello everyone.
After a power outage, two servers are throwing the trigger "is unavailable by ICMP" but the ping to that specific server is working 10 points and can be accessed remotely without any problem.

Is there any way to resolve this?

Do you ping for name or for IP? Is there a chance, that host received a new IP after coming back from power outage?

Urgent Attention Please: I am able to ping from the host to zabbix server and vice versa but getting Unavailable by ICMP. Checked ICMP rule setting at host side and there is no issue. Please suggest how the problem will get resolve.
