SNMPV3 not working (timed out)

I'm using Zabbix 6.0.3. I have an issue with 2 hosts (Peplink). Both are marked not available
Basically, when I test an item of theses 2 host, I get the response almost instantly and same goes when I snmpwalk from the Zabbix host CLI.
Do you have any idea what could be the issue here ?
Some pieces of information
The username and password are provided directly in the SNMP configuration. I disabled bulk requests and I don't use any proxy.
I also changed the timeout
PS: SNMPV2 is working fine
