Zabbix 6.0 SNMP Trap Fallback not working.

Hi, I'm new to Zabbix coming in from Prometheus because zabbix has SNMP Trap integration. Anyway, I currently have an issue where my server receives the SNMP Traps, it gets logged to /tmp/zabbix_traps.tmp. I can also see that Zabbix is receiving it through the zabbix_server.logs showing that zabbix_traps.tmp is being read. Despite all of this, it won't show up in the Web UI. I have already configured SNMP host with snmptrap.fallback. Help is appreciated, thank you.

And that host has SNMP interface defined (not agent)?

Yes, the interface is SNMP with IP Address of 127.0.0.1 and port of 161. SNMP version is SNMPv2 just like the test traps I've been sending to the server.

But your trap probably does not have address 127.0.0.1 in it... ?

In Configuration → Hosts, in the Host interface field set an SNMP interface with the correct IP or DNS address. The address from each received trap is compared to the IP and DNS addresses of all SNMP interfaces to find the corresponding hosts.

I changed the IP for the SNMP interface from 127.0.0.1 to the IP of the server where Zabbix and the trap receiver is. Should I change the port too to 162?

I managed to get the traps to show in the web UI only if I send the SNMP Trap locally. Is there a reason why I can't send traps from a different server to my Zabbix server? Do I have to use a proxy if I want to see traps from other servers?

Nevermind I got it working. I didn't know I had to have a different host with the IP for each device I'm receiving the traps from.
