Zabbix Webfrontend http 403 - forbidden

Dear Community,

we are currently running Zabbix in the latest 7.0.X Version.
Actually we can't access the Webfrontend of Zabbix.

When we try to access the Webfrontend via https://zabbix01.int.company.de we get an http error 403 Forbidden.
Here is the output of /var/log/nginx/error.log

On Friday a colleague runned "apt update -y && apt upgrade -y && apt dist-upgrade -y && reboot" on the system.
For this the zabbix server is not available anymore.
