“State of service” for a specific service does not report data

Hello,
I am experiencing a problem with “State of service ‘SQLSERVERAGENT’ (SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER))”, which shows “No data” despite being configured as for all other services.
I have checked the configuration several times, deleted and recreated the item, but it still does not collect data.
The service is running in the server and I can successfully run a test of the item from Zabbix.
Any suggestions on a possible solution?
