Sending email via gmail

It looks that Google at Google Workspace gmail finally turned off LSA (less secure application) on my account. They also removed possibility to generate "application" after turning on tfa (https://support.google.com/mail/answer/185833?hl=en).
Any ideas how to use send email using gmail account without setting up own SMTP relay server?
