Server don't monitoring

Hi all,
how do I start server to monitoring?
My station Windows XP is running ZabbixW32Agent.exe. In Event Viewer Log have "Zabbix W32 Agent Started" , and Services is "ZabbixW32Agent Iniciate Automatic Local System"

Anything in the zabbix server logfile ?
Can you telnet in both directions (srv --> client, client --> srv) ?
