No notification is received from a particular host.

All OSs and products have the same hosts.
The templates are all the same.
However, I confirmed that about five were not notified.
All set the same, but I find it hard to figure out what to change.
The zabbix version is 7.0

Does the user receiving the notification have permission to the hosts/host groups?

I logged in to the administrator account and only got notifications from the administrator account.

Ok I must admit that I don't have clear understanding what you are actually talking about. Do you want to rephrase your situation and the problem?

What I was saying above is that if you have configured some trigger actions to notify/alert someone about some problems, this someone will not get notifications/alerts about hosts that they don't have access to.
